Picanha Frinense with Strawberry Sauce

- 1 piece of Frinense picanha

- 2 spoons of mustard

- 1 glass of orange juice

salt to taste

- 2 cloves garlic, crushed


- 200 gr of crushed strawberry

- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- Calabrian pepper at will

salt to taste

- 3 tablespoons of sugar

- 1 cup of water

- 1 tablespoon of starch
Method of preparation
  1. Season the picanha and let it rest a little, then bake in the oven with papael aluminio until soft.
  2. Meanwhile prepare the sauce, water the starch and the sugar to boil until a thin syrup, after cold put the remaining ingredients of the syrup and serve with the steak still hot.
